This package includes a file for 3mm thick wood, 4.5 mm thick wood and for 6mm thick wood. If you need an alternate thickness, just make the purchase, shoot me a note and I'll email you a file bundle for a custom thickness of your choosing. GlowForge Ready. Tested on an 80W Omtech CO2 Laser Cutter using LightBurn Software.
Will work with a number of different laser cutters / engravers. This file can easily be resized, wording added, images added, etc to suit your needs. When making this, the center layers for the tray must be slightly thinner than the other layers.
This can be done very easily by lightly sanding down the bottom piece of wood for the tray insert, by using a slightly thinner material for the tray, or by substituting the cut outs for the games with thin hobby foam available at Walmart or any hobby store.
