Shipping Policy

Most of our products are personalized and laser-engraved to order in our Prattville, Alabama workshop; digital download files and a small number of ready-made items are the exceptions, noted on their product pages.

Processing & Production Time

Most orders are personalized and made within 1–3 business days. For personalized and custom orders, we email you a digital proof to approve before we engrave — production begins after your approval. Large team, bulk, or highly custom orders may take a little longer; we'll confirm timing on your proof.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Free shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more.
• Orders under $99 ship at a low flat rate shown at checkout.
• Express shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives in 2–3 business days. The exact cost depends on the item's size and weight.

Wholesale & Resale Orders

Wholesale and bulk resale orders ship at cost via UPS Ground from Prattville, AL — the retailer pays shipping. (The free-shipping-over-$99 offer above applies to retail orders.) Wholesale production is 5–10 business days plus shipping.
