Thank you for shopping at Wood Unlimited. We stand behind the quality of every engraved item and want you to be completely satisfied.

Returns

Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as received. Because our products are personalized, please email woodunlimitedshop@gmail.com with your order number first so we can help.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo and your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Wholesale & Resale Orders

For wholesale and bulk resale orders, we replace defective or incorrectly produced items. Personalized items aren't returnable unless they're defective or made incorrectly. Email wholesale@woodunlimited.org with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
