Short answer: for track and field, cross country, golf and softball awards with individual names, order from a shop that takes a roster file and engraves each piece separately. Wood Unlimited engraves sport trophies from about $18 to $105 and personalized sport medals from $4.49, with a different name on every piece included, and makes them in-house in Prattville, Alabama. Big national trophy catalogs are another option if you want the widest selection of stock designs.
This guide is for coaches, athletic directors, meet directors, golf tournament organizers and team parents ordering end-of-season awards. It covers what to order for each sport, what it costs, and how to get every athlete's name right in one batch.
Where can I order track and field medals in bulk with engraving?
For a meet or a season-end banquet, most programs give a medal to every athlete and trophies to a few. Our personalized track medals ($7.66 each with an engraved back) come in gold, silver and bronze with a neck ribbon, and each can carry a different name, event or year. For individual awards:
- Track Trophy, Diamond style: $18.99, the budget pick for a full roster
- Personalized Track and Field Trophy: $19.99
- Track Trophy Award: $34.99, a larger piece for MVP or a meet champion
See every style in the Track and Field Trophies collection.
What are good cross country team awards with runner names?
Cross country teams tend to recognize everyone, so medals do most of the work. The 2.25" cross country team medal is $4.49 with a neck ribbon, and each medal can carry the runner's name, team and season at no extra charge. The 2" cross country medal ($7.66 with an engraved back) is the alternative in gold, silver and bronze. For varsity letters, top-seven runners or a senior award, the running trophy ($24.99) and the cross country and track award ($49.99) work well. All of our cross country medals and running trophies are in the Cross Country Awards collection, and more running awards are in the Running and Marathon Trophies collection.
Where should I order golf tournament awards and trophies?
