Bulk Trophies & Awards

Bulk trophies, medals and awards, personalized one at a time and engraved in Alabama. Team orders are the bulk of what we do. A 300-medal tournament order and a single MVP trophy go through the same shop, and every piece in a large order can carry a different recipient name at no extra charge.

How bulk ordering works

1. Send us the order. Email deals@woodunlimited.org with the quantity, the award or product, and the date you need it in hand. If you already know the SKU, include it.
2. Send the names as a spreadsheet. One row per recipient. We accept CSV or Excel — see the format below. You do not have to type names into a personalization box 300 times.
3. Approve a digital proof. We email a proof before anything is engraved. Production starts after you approve it, so a typo gets caught while it is still fixable.
4. We engrave and ship. Standard production is 1-3 business days for personalized retail orders. Larger runs vary by quantity and product — we confirm a date in writing when we quote, rather than guessing.

The spreadsheet format

One row per award. Only the columns you need:

Download the roster spreadsheet template (CSV) — one row per award, then email it to deals@woodunlimited.org.

If a logo goes on the award, attach it to the same email — PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or a high-resolution PNG all work. We will tell you if the artwork will not hold up at engraving size before we charge you for it.

Volume pricing

Volume pricing is quoted from 10 pieces. It depends on the product and the quantity, so we quote it rather than publish one ladder that would be wrong for half the catalog. Email the quantity and the item and you will get real numbers back, not a range.

There is no minimum for a regular personalized order — a single piece is fine. The $300 opening minimum applies only to wholesale and resale accounts, which is a different program.

If you have a hard date — a banquet, a ceremony, an end-of-season party — say so in the first email. Express shipping (2-3 business days in transit) is available, and we would rather tell you up front that a date is tight than miss it quietly.
