2. Role or Title - optional, up to 30 characters: Head Coach, Offensive Coordinator, Defensive Coordinator, Special Teams, Assistant Coach, Strength Coach, or leave it blank.
3. Patch Style - Leatherette Rustic, Leatherette Onyx, Football Leatherette, Leather Caramel or Acrylic Black/Gold.
4. Team Logo or Design # - optional. Upload a png, svg or pdf for a contour cut team logo, or note a design number 1 to 20 from our football library instead.
5. Proof Email - optional, for logo orders. We email your proof within 1 business day; text-only orders skip the proof.

Hat Details

Richardson 112 mid-profile 6-panel snapback: structured front panel, mesh back, adjustable snap closure, one size fits most, 25 hat colors including team and school combinations. Patches are engraved black and heat-pressed with a clean laser-cut edge, inside a 4.25 by 2.75 inch front-panel zone. It is the same blank we build our custom team hats on, so staff hats and football team hats for the roster match.

Care

Hand-wash the patch area gently and air dry. Keep hats out of the washing machine and the dryer. Spot-clean acrylic patches with a damp cloth only, since they are rigid. Every hat is personalized and handmade to order in Alabama.

• What arrives in the box? One finished hat per quantity ordered, each with its patch already engraved and pressed on, shipped together in one box.
• What size are the hats? One size fits most. The Richardson 112 is an adjustable snapback, so a single set fits a whole staff without collecting head sizes first.
• Do we get a proof before they ship? Uploaded team logos always get a proof to approve before we cut. Name, role and design-number orders skip the proof unless you add your email in the optional Proof Email field.
• How long does a staff set take? Every order ships in 2-3 business days, staff sets included.
• How do we care for them? Hand-wash the patch area gently and air dry. No washing machine, no dryer. Acrylic patches are spot-clean only.
