Returns:

  • You may return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Personalized and custom-engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. If that happens, contact us and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at woodunlimitedshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
