Production & Order Processing

Every product at Wood Unlimited is made to order in Prattville, Alabama. Because we engrave your personalization after your order is placed, we don't ship from pre-made inventory.

• Engraved drinkware & awards: We engrave and ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• Stickers & digital files: These ship or are delivered the next business day.
• Large team orders: If you're ordering for a full team (15+ items), allow an extra 1–2 business days for production. Contact us before ordering and we'll confirm your timeline.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Orders ship via UPS.

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after shipment. A flat-rate shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout).
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after shipment. Additional charges apply based on order weight and destination (calculated at checkout).
• International Shipping: 7–14 business days. Rates vary by country. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties — these are the customer's responsibility.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time using our order tracking page.

Delays

Carrier delays during peak seasons (holidays, weather events, high-volume periods) can occasionally extend delivery windows. We'll notify you if we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order.
