What if it doesn't sell?

Start with the $300 test assortment and reorder only what moves. These are the same formats we've sold online to 12,000+ reviewed customers — ornaments and destination pieces are our best sellers. And your designs can be exclusive to your store, so you're not competing with the shop down the street on the same item.

Are these pictures the real product?

The images on this page are concept renderings so you can see YOUR designs before anything exists. Before production you approve a photographed proof of every design, and the free sample kit puts the real engraving in your hands first.

What if something arrives broken?

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake it free. Personalized pieces are only non-returnable when they're made correctly — our mistake is always our cost.

What are the minimums?

Opening order $300 · reorders from $125 · just 6 units per wood design (4 per drinkware), and you can mix designs freely to hit it.

How fast will I have it?

5–10 business days from artwork approval, shipped UPS Ground from Prattville, Alabama. For Christmas stock, order by mid-October and you're comfortable.

How do I pay?

First orders are prepaid by card or bank through a secure Shopify checkout link, and we'll need your resale certificate on file. As the relationship grows, ask us about terms on reorders.

Can we get designs nobody else has?

Yes — and it goes on your quote in writing: a design we create for your store is never sold to any other store. Custom town/store art is a $35 one-time setup, waived on opening orders of $500+. For context: the big ornament companies require 250–2,000 pieces and 6–8 weeks for a custom design. We require 6 pieces and about a week.

Can you put OUR logo on products?

Yes — store-logo bottles, ornaments, and employee gifts are quoted the same way; you approve the artwork proof before we cut anything.

Do you sell licensed logos or insignia?

No — and that's deliberate. Official military insignia, collegiate marks, and park logos require licenses; our line is original art (silhouettes, landmarks, coordinates, town names), which you can sell with zero licensing exposure. If an officially licensed line matters to your buyers, tell us — it's on our roadmap and interest from stores like yours moves it up.

How should we display it?

We cut a birch countertop display in our own shop — tiered ornament shelves with keychain hooks and a header card ($18, at our cost, holds 12–18 pieces in about one square foot of counter). Or use your own fixtures: every piece hangs, stands, or pegs, and each arrives tagged and barcoded.

How does the order arrive?

Every piece poly-bagged with its barcoded hang tag, drinkware bubble-wrapped, packed in double-wall boxes, shipped UPS Ground (tracked and insured) from Prattville. The box includes your packing list and a QR reorder card. Typical opening order: $15–25 shipping — the exact number is on your quote.
