Do you accept school and government purchase orders?

Yes. Wood Unlimited accepts purchase orders from schools and government offices. Email the PO to deals@woodunlimited.org and we can send an invoice or a payment link for it. Ask about payment terms when you send the PO.

Can you provide a W-9 for vendor setup?

Yes. A W-9 is available on request from deals@woodunlimited.org. Our legal name is Signature Craft LLC, doing business as Wood Unlimited, a veteran-owned small business in Prattville, Alabama.

Can a school order be tax-exempt too?

Yes. We honor tax-exempt orders when you send your exemption certificate. Email it with the PO, ideally before you place the order.

How to order with a purchase order

  1. Email deals@woodunlimited.org with the product, the quantity and the date you need the awards in hand.
  2. Attach the PO, and your exemption certificate if your school or office is tax-exempt.
  3. For a team or class order, send the names as a spreadsheet, one row per award. Personalization is free, and every piece can carry a different name.
  4. For plaques, custom logo work and bulk orders, we email a digital proof, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
