Short answer: there is no minimum to order a single personalized award. Volume pricing is quoted starting at 10 pieces. Every recipient in a batch order can have a different name, title or milestone at no extra charge, and you send the list as a spreadsheet instead of typing names in one at a time. We accept purchase orders from schools and government offices, honor tax-exempt orders when you send your exemption certificate, and provide a W-9 on request. We are a veteran-owned family workshop in Prattville, Alabama, and every piece is laser engraved in-house.

Bulk pricing
There is no minimum order. A single trophy, medal or plaque is a normal purchase. Once an order reaches 10 or more pieces, volume pricing becomes available. Pricing is quoted for your specific product, material and quantity rather than published as a flat table, because the same table would be wrong for most of the catalog. Personalization does not cost extra at any quantity: every piece in a batch order can carry a different recipient name, title, date or number at no additional charge.

Larger volume runs are quoted with a specific production date in writing once we know the product and quantity, rather than estimated up front. If you have a fixed date (a banquet, a ceremony, a season opener or a kickoff), tell us in your first email so we can flag early if the timeline is tight.
The proof process
For plaques, custom logo work and bulk orders, we email a digital proof to review and approve before we engrave anything. For a volume order, that typically means one proof showing the layout and a sample of the personalization, so you confirm the entire run at once. Nothing on those orders goes into production until the proof is approved, which is where a misspelled name or a wrong title gets caught. Simple text-only personalization is engraved exactly as you enter it; if you would like a proof for one of those, just ask.

Sending your roster
For anything past a few recipients, send a spreadsheet instead of entering names one at a time at checkout. Download our roster spreadsheet template, fill in one row per award, and email it to deals@woodunlimited.org with the product and quantity. Useful columns for a corporate order typically include name, job title, department, and the specific milestone or reason (a years-of-service number, "Employee of the Quarter" or a project name).
