How do I submit my team roster?
You can upload an Excel file, CSV, or even a photo of your handwritten roster. We'll handle the data entry and send you a proof to approve before engraving.
What file formats do you accept for logos?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and EPS files. For best results, send a high-resolution version of your team logo. Don't have a vector file? No problem — we can work with what you have.
How long until I receive my proof?
You'll receive a digital proof within 24 hours of placing your order. The proof shows exactly how each bottle will look with your logo and player names.
Can I make changes after I've submitted my order?
Yes! You can request changes when you receive your proof. We'll revise it until you're 100% happy before we start engraving.
What if a name is spelled wrong?
That's exactly why we send proofs! Review every name carefully before approving. If we make an error after you've approved, we'll fix it at no charge.
Is the engraving permanent?
Absolutely. Laser engraving is permanent — it won't fade, peel, scratch off, or wash away. These bottles will last for years.
Do you offer bulk or league discounts?
Yes! Orders of 10-19 bottles save 7-8%, and orders of 20+ save 18-20%. Need 50+ bottles for a league? Email us at deals@woodunlimited.org for custom pricing.
What sizes are available?
We offer three sizes: 12oz (Kids/Compact), 20oz (Small), and 32oz (Standard). Most teams order the 32oz for older players or the 12oz for younger kids.
