I'd give 10/10 stars if I could. First, these look and feel AMAZING. Super high quality! It's real, thick basketball leather adhered perfectly to a tumbler - like I didn't even know that was possible. The embossing is flawless. Second, the customer service was awesome - I messaged because I was running tight on time (the last day of the shipping window was the day I needed them), and they messaged back immediately, and got them out first thing the next morning. HOW is that even possible. They arrived right away and that relived a lot of stress for me! I absolutely recommend this shop and product!
Disappointed… quality of cup itself is not the best. Is advertised as “see less wonder… no leaks no mess” but the top doesn’t even close it’s an open mouth spout no option to seal. Also advertised as “ Unmatched Insulation: With double-wall vacuum insulation, it keeps drinks icy cold for a whopping 24 hours or steaming hot for a cozy 8 hours” which cannot be true as said above the there’s no way to close where you drink from just like aStarbucks paper cup lid. All the heat escapes. Major false advertising going on here. The quality of the leather and customizing is great but overall product does not match the description. Wish I took a photo before the gift was given.. too close to the Holiday to find a new gift.
I cannot recommend this company enough. Their customer service is out of this world. I needed quite a few tumblers in a very short amount of time for an employee party. My questions were answered in such a short amount of time. Once they had an idea of what I was wanting, they had options (with pictures) for me to choose from within hours. My entire order, with each tumbler personalized along with my company’s logo, arrived on my doorstep in less than a week. They all turned out beautiful as well! I am beyond pleased and highly recommend this company. I look forward to using them again in the future!

I bought the 32 ounce engraved water bottles. I had a number of questions about the order: how to prepare the artwork and suggestions as to how it should appear--they were incredibly helpful and quick with the answers that I needed. I even changed my mind at the last minute as to the colors of the bottles and they were incredibly accommodating.
The end result is better than ever I hoped they'd be.
