I have used this seller several times for gifts and they always have the best customer service. This time I purchased tumblers for Coach's gifts. They were shipped immediately and turned out great. I am so pleased with the water bottles I ordered for my Little League team's coaches! The seller was quick to respond to our conversation. They arrived in individual boxes and were very well packaged in the shipping box. The personalization is exactly what I ordered and arrived quickly. I got the standard brand one for my friend and they loved it it even came with and extra sticker so bonus points for that! It is insulated, but one thing to note that I didn’t realize is that there is not way to close it. Usually tumblers have a slide or twist top to close where you drink out of in case you spill it ans the pictures really didn’t indicate that well. But otherwise great product, and a fun gift.
I bought the wine tumbler as a retirement gift. It shipped almost immediately and arrived as promised. The only thing was that the plastic lid was cracked and unusable. The recipient loved the tumbler and didn't care enough about the lid to deal with a return. I don't know if the lid was cracked from the seller or during shipping, but perhaps some bubble wrap or additional padding might help future issues.
The BEST PERSONALIZED TUMBLER EVER!!!!! I bought this for my hubby and he was very happy 😃 he uses it everyday with his morning coffee. This is his favorite tumbler.
