The quality of this water bottle was just as expected and arrived during the estimated time frame with no crazy delays! When I reached out to the seller they were able respond promptly and were able to show me a rough draft of what the water bottle would look like and it looked exactly like the picture shown when I got it! This was for a gift for my boyfriend and I’s on year anniversary and my boyfriend was extremely happy with the water bottle! ❤️
I am thrilled with the water bottle I ordered! My son placed first in a trail run and the prize was a custom water bottle. Unfortunately, he left the bottle at school and it wasn’t turned into lost and found. I sent Wood Unlimited a picture of the bottle he lost and a file of the trail run logo that was etched on the bottle. They recreated it PERFECTLY! I ordered our academy team water bottles for their out-of-state tournament goodie bags and they were a hit! The boys and coaches were excited to receive them and use them throughout the tournament. I ordered these a month in advance and they were shipped immediately! The seller was very responsive and helpful in fulfilling this big order. The bottles arrived individually packaged, which made it much easier to transport them safely. I would HIGHLY recommend!
I'm only giving four stars because one cup came in absolutely perfect, the other cup came in and the leather has a bubble and is loose and like one spot right in the middle front, I'm worried about when you try to wash it if it will get water underneath of it. The cup that came in perfect is amazing it looks great even the other cup looks great just that one bubble and little Gap at the top edge it looks like it just didn't get enough glue.
Really good quality. Just bought these for our baseball team and was really pleased with the quality of the water bottle and the etching. They make wonderful gifts.

I placed two orders. One shipped FedEx and one shipped UPS. FedEx arrived on time, but the UPS one arrived later than what I had originally expected. It was fine because I ordered them with enough time. But even with this, I would absolutely recommend this vendor.
