The patch measures about 3.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches tall in genuine leather or engraved acrylic, laser cut to a clean edge and heat-pressed flat to the front panel. Text and artwork are laser engraved into the patch, never printed on top. Every hat is personalized and handmade to order in Alabama.

Care

Hand-wash the patch area gently and air dry - skip the washing machine and harsh detergents. Spot-clean acrylic patches with a damp cloth only, as they are rigid and should not go in the wash.
