For personalized items we email you a digital proof to approve before we engrave — production starts after your approval, so you can catch a typo before it is permanent.

Can I order these for a whole team?

Yes — team and bulk orders are what we do most. Every piece can carry a different name, and we quote discounts on orders of 10 or more. Message us with your roster and we will take it from there.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Production is 1-3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 5-10 business days after that, and express (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $99 or more.

What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as received. Because these are personalized, email us with your order number first and we will help.
