First I will start by saying, I was a first time coach over a very small rec soccer team, since it was nearing the end of our games I wanted something for all the kiddos to have that they could keep as a keepsake, that being said I looked at multiples of different medals on different sites, these ones were literally the cheapest that I had found, that weren't silly plastic ones. We were the green team, so the fact that they had a green ribbon was a win, the fact I could customize the back was a win... I read through all the reviews because I had a previous bad experience on Etsy NOT WITH THIS SELLER, and I am happy to say that everything that you will read in the reviews about this seller and this item is ON POINT. I believe it shipped the NEXT day after I ordered. 10/10 highly recommend!!
It was my fault for waiting until the last minute, but I needed some medals very quickly to hand out to the kids on my basketball team. They provided me an option for expedited shipping and I received the order in 5 days. I cannot say enough good things about the customer service and the accommodating turnaround time. Absolutely excellent experience! These medals were reasonably priced, beautifully designed player mementos to remember a special season. Shipping was very quick as well as was communication from the designer when I had questions. The items are beautifully designed and do not have the cheesy “youth recreational quality”. The classiness of the design matched the occasion for our championship middle school team. Very highly recommend these creations!

I completely messed up my order. I accidentally selected hockey medals instead of football 🤦🏾♀️. Thankfully, the team caught it right away and reached out to confirm my engraving details. They noticed my engraving said football and wanted to double-check before fulfilling the order.
Not only that, they also caught a tiny typo in the last names of two brothers (off by just one letter!) and checked in to make sure everything was correct. I’m so grateful for that extra attention to detail.
The medals themselves are beautiful and excellent quality. They honored my request to bold the names and center the numbers, and everything came out perfect. Even my sister commented on how nice and heavy the metal feels and the really impressive craftsmanship.
