• IMPORTANT: Have all of your details — coach name, team name, year, and signature sheet — ready and organized, and submit it all together in one order, not in pieces or across multiple messages or days.
• Submit all signatures on ONE sheet of plain, white, unlined paper.
• Use dark, bold marker or pen — thin or light writing will not engrave cleanly.
• Photograph the sheet in bright, even lighting so every signature is legible.
• Don't want signatures? No problem — we can engrave a typed list of names (and jersey numbers) instead.
• Avoid lined paper, cardboard, dark surfaces, or very thin/faint writing — these cannot be engraved accurately.
• Submitting scattered details across multiple messages or days makes errors far more likely and may delay your order.
