How long does laser engraving take?

Most orders are personalized and made within 1-3 business days. For personalized and custom orders we email a digital proof to approve before engraving, and production begins after your approval.

Will the engraving fade or wash off?

No. Laser engraving permanently etches the design into the surface, so it will never fade, peel, or wash off.

Can I include my own logo or image?

Yes. We can engrave custom logos, images, and artwork. Include your design in the personalization notes or contact us.

What if I make a spelling mistake in my personalization?

We send you a digital proof before production for approval. That is your chance to catch any errors before we engrave.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Contact us for custom quotes on orders of 10 or more items. We offer discounts for corporate orders, teams, and events.

How much is shipping and how long does delivery take?

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship at a low flat rate shown at checkout. Standard delivery is typically 5-10 business days after production; express shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives in 2-3 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as received. Because our products are personalized, email us with your order number first so we can help. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo and your order number and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
