What can I have engraved on this piece?

Enter your text in the personalization box at checkout and we engrave this piece exactly as you type it, including capitalization and spacing.

Will the engraving fade, peel, or wash off?

No. We laser-engrave this piece rather than printing on it, so the design is etched into the surface and will not fade, peel, or wash off.

What if I make a spelling mistake?

For personalized items we email you a digital proof to approve before we engrave — production starts after your approval, so you can catch a typo before it is permanent.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Production is 1-3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 5-10 business days after that, and express (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $99 or more.

What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as received. Because these are personalized, email us with your order number first and we will help.
