How long does it take to make and ship?

Production is 1-3 business days. Standard U.S. delivery is typically 5-10 business days after that, and express (2-3 business days) is available at checkout. Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $99 or more.

What is your return policy?

Most items may be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as received. Because these are personalized, email us with your order number first and we will help.
