Will I see a proof before engraving?

Yes, for plaques, custom logo work and bulk orders: we email a digital proof to review and approve before we engrave anything. Simple text-only personalization (like a single name plate or engraved name) is engraved exactly as you enter it; if you would like a proof for one of those, just ask us at deals@woodunlimited.org.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes. We will send revisions of your digital proof until the spelling, layout and artwork are exactly right. On proofed orders we do not engrave until you approve it.

How does proofing work for a bulk order?

For a volume order, the proof typically shows the layout and a sample of the personalization, so you confirm the entire run at once. Nothing on those orders goes into production until the proof is approved.

Can I see my logo placement first?

Yes. Send your artwork (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG or a high-resolution PNG; vector formats hold up best at engraving size) and we fit it to the piece and show its placement in your proof before production.
