Do you have retail store locations?

Wood Unlimited is an online store based in Prattville, Alabama. We don't have physical retail locations — every order is placed through our website and shipped directly to you.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We regularly produce bulk and team/corporate orders — personalized tumblers, bottles, plaques, awards, medals, and labels for sports teams, businesses, military units, and organizations. For volume pricing or a custom quote, email support@woodunlimited.org with your quantity and details.

Do you have active discount codes or promotions?

Do you ship internationally?

At this time Wood Unlimited ships within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — we offer free shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship at a low flat rate shown at checkout. Most orders are made and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes — express shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives in 2–3 business days. The exact cost depends on the item's size and weight and is shown at checkout before you pay. If you need it by a specific date, email us at support@woodunlimited.org and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Can I upload my own logo or design?

Yes — most of our products let you upload your own logo, artwork, or photo during checkout. We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS files — high-resolution works best, and vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) give the cleanest engraving.

Will I see a proof before you make it?

Yes. For personalized and custom orders we email you a digital proof to review and approve before we engrave anything, so you can confirm spelling, layout, and artwork first.

How long does it take to make my order?

Most orders are personalized and made within 1–3 business days. Large team, bulk, or highly custom orders may take a little longer — we'll confirm timing after your proof is approved.

Is there a minimum order? Can I order just one?

There's no minimum — order a single personalized item or a large team, corporate, or bulk order. For big quantities, email support@woodunlimited.org for volume pricing.

What information do you need to personalize my item?

Add your personalization text (names, dates, titles, numbers) in the personalization box at checkout, and upload any logo or artwork if your product allows it. If anything's unclear, we'll confirm it with you on your proof.

Are your tumblers and water bottles dishwasher safe?

Our Polar Camel stainless steel drinkware is dishwasher safe. To keep the engraving and powder-coat finish looking their best, we recommend hand washing.

Can you meet a specific deadline or rush my order?

Often, yes. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout, and if you have a hard deadline, email support@woodunlimited.org before ordering and we'll let you know what's possible.

What products do you make?

Wood Unlimited makes personalized laser-engraved products — stainless steel tumblers and water bottles, wood and acrylic plaques, trophies, medals, crystal and resin awards, and custom labels — for individuals, teams, businesses, and military units.

How should I care for my engraved item?

For engraved drinkware, hand washing is recommended to protect the finish and engraving. Wood and acrylic pieces should be wiped clean with a dry or lightly damp cloth — avoid harsh chemicals and prolonged moisture.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order. Most items can be returned within 90 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Because our products are personalized, please email support@woodunlimited.org with your order number first and we'll help make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We'll fix it right away. Email support@woodunlimited.org with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Contact us as soon as possible at support@woodunlimited.org. We can usually make changes before your proof is approved and the item goes into production.

Can I request changes to my proof?

Yes. We'll send revisions of your digital proof until the spelling, layout, and artwork are exactly right — we don't engrave until you approve it.

Where are your products made?

Every item is personalized and laser-engraved in-house at our workshop in Prattville, Alabama.
