How do I personalize my order?

Each product listing has a personalization box where you enter your text, name, number, or other details exactly as you want them engraved. We engrave what you type, so double-check spelling before submitting. If you have a logo or design file, you can include it in your order notes or email it to us at woodunlimitedshop@gmail.com after placing your order.

How long does production take?

Every item is made to order in Prattville, Alabama. Engraved drinkware and awards are engraved and shipped within 1–2 business days of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin production the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

We ship via UPS. After your item ships, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional charge. International orders take 7–14 business days and may be subject to customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also use our order tracking page at any time.

What is your return policy?

You may return most items within 90 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in the same condition as received. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To start a return, email us at woodunlimitedshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Personalized and engraved items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error — in that case, contact us and we will make it right. Can you do exchanges?

Yes. If you need an exchange, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Email woodunlimitedshop@gmail.com with your order number.

Do you handle bulk and team orders?

Yes — team and bulk orders are a big part of what we do. We regularly fulfill orders of 15, 32, or more personalized bottles and awards for sports teams, coaches, corporate events, and military units. Contact us before placing a large order so we can confirm your production timeline and discuss any custom requirements.

How do I care for my engraved water bottle or sport bottle?

Hand washing is recommended to protect the vacuum insulation and the engraved finish on our 32oz sport bottles. Avoid soaking the lid or submerging the bottle in water.

Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?

Our Polar Camel 20oz insulated tumblers are dishwasher safe, BPA-free, and lead-free. Always check the product listing for the specific item you ordered, as care instructions vary by product.

What types of products do you make?

We offer laser-engraved personalized gifts including tumblers, water bottles, wood plaques, trophies, medals, awards, stickers, and digital laser files. Everything is designed and made in Prattville, Alabama.

Can I include a logo or custom design?

Yes. Many of our products support custom logos. Add a note at checkout or email your logo file to woodunlimitedshop@gmail.com after ordering. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) work best, but we can work with high-resolution JPG or PNG files as well.

I made a mistake in my personalization. What do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible at woodunlimitedshop@gmail.com with your order number. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we can make corrections. Once engraved, personalized items cannot be re-engraved or refunded due to the custom nature of the work.
