Wood Unlimited prints the marking decals fleets, shops, and facilities use to show an inspection happened: DOT annual and 90-day vehicle inspection labels, USDOT number decals, daily driver and forklift inspection tags, fire extinguisher inspection tags, and Out of Service tags. Every one is printed on 4.3 mil weatherproof vinyl with UV-resistant ink and permanent adhesive, rated for outdoor use through rain, snow, sun, and washing.

What we print

• Annual / periodic vehicle inspection — marking under 49 CFR §396.17–§396.23, available as stock packs or printed to order with your company logo, name, and contact info in seven colors.
• 90-day inspection decals — for California BIT and any 30-, 60-, 180-day or annual interval, fully customizable including state or no state.
• USDOT number and company name decals — the both-sides marking required by 49 CFR §390.21, sized to be legible from 50 feet.
• Pre-trip / post-trip driver inspection labels — the daily walk-around checklist at the vehicle, supporting 49 CFR §396.11 and §396.13 routines.
• Forklift daily pre-use inspection tags — for the examination OSHA 29 CFR §1910.178(q)(7) requires before a powered industrial truck goes into service.
• Fire extinguisher monthly inspection tags — for the monthly visual inspection under OSHA 29 CFR §1910.157(e)(2) and NFPA 10.
• Out of Service / Do Not Operate tags — to mark equipment pulled from service.
• Company-branded hard hat stickers — crew identification printed with your logo.

Which one do I need?

If you are marking a commercial vehicle after its 12-month inspection, use an annual inspection label. If you run California BIT or a quarterly preventive-maintenance cycle, use a 90-day decal. If you are lettering a truck for your authority, use USDOT number decals. If you are marking a machine that must not be run, use an Out of Service tag.

Note on compliance: these decals are visual indicators only. Compliance requires a passed inspection by a qualified inspector and proper record retention under the applicable rule.
